Subway Art Gallery

The trailblazers at Improv Everywhere did it again.

They turned a NYC Subway station into a temporary art gallery complete with coat check, champagne (sparkling cider) bar, tuxedos, and fancy shmancy placards identifying the “art.”

What’s the art you ask?

Everything in the station was relabeled art … because a “curator” put a label next to it.

Lots more pics of the art, on the Improv Everywhere post. But the best of all are the stunned faces of the passers-by, MTA workers and even a cop.
